Why take a period report to a doctor?

Appointments are short. It is hard to remember six months of cycles in the room. A clear summary helps you and your clinician talk about the same facts.

What is in the doctor report?

Cycle lengths and variation, period days and flow, symptoms and how often they happened, moods, notes and tests. Choose the months and sections, and leave out anything you would rather not share.

Prepare for a visit

Splash suggests questions based on what you logged, such as heavy flow or bad cramps, so nothing gets forgotten.

Can I print or export it as a PDF?

Print it or save it as a PDF from your phone. There is also a CSV export and a DRSP chart for PMDD conversations.

Heavy bleeding and patterns

A PBAC chart scores heavy bleeding the way clinicians do, and “Patterns in my logs” sums up what tends to happen when, in plain words. Migraine diary entries and your medicines can go in too.

Pick the sections, pick how long the link lasts, and show the QR code or send the link. The key lives only in the link, so we cannot read the report. Revoke it whenever you like.

Questions

Is the report sent anywhere?

Only if you choose. It is built on your phone, and you print it, save it as a PDF or show it on screen. If you want, you can also send your clinician a link that expires after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. It is end-to-end encrypted, and you can revoke it any time.

What goes in the report?

Cycle and period lengths, flow, symptoms, moods, notes and anything else you choose, over the months you pick.

Can I export my raw data?

Yes. Export a CSV any time from the report screen or Settings.
