It depends what you miss. For the doctor report, symptom guide and library without paying, Splash is free with no paid tier. For maximum privacy, Euki and drip are free, open source and local-only. On iPhone, Apple Cycle Tracking is built in and free. Clue has a free version, with Clue Plus for extras.

Which Flo alternative is the most private?

Euki is the strongest on privacy: it is open source, stores everything on your device, and Mozilla scored it 10 out of 10 in July 2026. drip is similar. Splash keeps data on your phone with no account, with optional end-to-end encrypted sync. Apple Cycle Tracking is end-to-end encrypted in iCloud with two-factor authentication.

Can I take my Flo history with me?

Yes. Ask Flo for a copy of your data in JSON format, then import it into Splash on your device; it is not uploaded to us. Flo can take a few days to reply, so keep the app until the file arrives. Other apps listed here have their own import routes.

Why do people leave Flo?

Common reasons are features in Premium, such as the doctor report and expert courses, wanting an app that works without an account, and privacy history.
