In short: To move from Clue to Splash, export your data in Clue (Profile, Settings, Export data), then open Splash, go to Settings, Import and choose the .cluedata or .zip file. Splash reads it on your phone, previews the days found, and merges them with anything you have already logged.

Export from Clue
In Clue, go to Profile, then Settings, then Export data. Save the .cluedata or .zip file.
Add Splash to your home screen

Keep the file on your phone
Save it to Files or Downloads so Splash can open it.
Open Splash and import
In Splash, go to Settings, then Your data, then "Import from another app". Pick the file. It is read on your phone and never uploaded.
Check the preview and add
Splash shows how many days it found and any days you already logged differently. Choose which wins, then add. You can undo straight after.
After you switch
Once your history is in Splash, you can delete your Clue account if you want to. Check Clue's own help pages for how. Splash keeps everything on your phone; turn on encrypted sync or save a backup so you never lose it.
