Tap Taken for your pill, or Start and Stop a contraction, without unlocking. Each one is off until you switch it on, and the wording stays neutral. **From your notifications.** Pill reminders now carry Taken and Snooze buttons, and check-in reminders have a Log button. **Locking.** Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID, with your PIN as the backup. Discreet mode, the decoy PIN and panic wipe are all still there. **Better estimates.** - A bleed soon after your last period now asks “New period or spotting?” instead of starting a new cycle. - Cycles up to 90 days count, for PCOS, perimenopause and other long cycles. - Predictions show as a range, and a new accuracy card shows how close past estimates landed. - You can no longer log a period on a day that hasn’t happened yet. **Sharing and backup.** Everyone you share with is in one “People you share with” list. Set the categories for each person, pause, set an end date or stop. Backups are now a password-protected .splash file that includes your photos, and sync merges changes field by field, so edits on two phones don’t overwrite each other. **A calmer Today.** Extra cards sit under “More for today”, and the More tab is regrouped. Ask Splash brings short chats, one search across the library and tools, and “When to get help”. **Health library.** Articles were checked again against their sources in October 2026, based on NHS, NICE, FSRH and RCOG guidance. There are new mini courses, a migraine diary, a medicines list with refill countdowns, and a doctor report with a PBAC bleeding chart and “Patterns in my logs”.
